Thank you for choosing the Upper Mississippi Surgery Center for your surgical needs. The following will provide you with some of our billing information.

On the day of your surgery, please bring your most current insurance cards and a photo ID such as a driver's license.

Financial Responsibility

Upper Mississippi Surgery Center will bill your insurance company as a courtesy to you. If you do not have 100% coverage you will be required to make a payment on the day of your surgery.

It is expected that deductibles, co-payments, and other amounts not covered by insurance will be paid prior to/on the day of services being provided. Accepted forms of payment include personal check, cash and credit card. Payment may be made over the phone prior to your procedure. If you have questions at any time, let us know.

Upon completion of your surgical service, we will bill your primary and secondary insurance carriers. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate and current information either prior to or on the day of your visit.
